Day 4 of Madness - I suck at the no soda thing, but I accidentally got a diet this morning and it was so gross the thought of soda is horrible right now. I can do this. I can give up soda. Eat at home! No cookies Yay me and I've managed to stay out of the Easter candy too. I've exercised 3 days this week :) No cussing at Amish, since I don't live near the Amish, I opted to stop weighing myself daily, I've made it one day. So work on NO SODA and GET OFF THE SCALE and I'll be golden. Think I should have a goal and I'd like to be 140 pounds on May 1.
Almost the weekend! WooHoo!

I agree with you, the diet soda is yucky and for me, regular soda is too fizzy like coke or pepsi. So, I just stay away from that stuff all together. My weakness is chocolate milk but it's a source of calcium so I allow myself one a day! Good for you to get in 3 days of exercise and that's a great goal to have, 140 lb by May. Happy Thursday!

You're getting there! I'm struggling with the soda. I do diet, but I know that's still bad for me and I need to cut it out completely, but I have a hard time just drinking water all day and adding mixes seems almost as bad as soda. Good for you for staying out of that candy and getting your exercise in!! You can get that 140!
