Feel great today, got a really good workout in this morning, cardio kickboxing finished off by 10 minutes of total body Pilates! Last night my hands and feet were swelled and after I put supper in I see that I had way too much sodium yesterday, carbs and calories were ok, but sodium was too high. Need to watch that.
Weather is supposed to be nice here this weekend and I have mom and me activities planned for each of my kids separately that I'm excited about and they are too.

Love Kickboxing. Do you do a class or tapes? I really have done a lot of it this week. My classes at one place are on "spring" break (??WTH??), but I am able to fill in w/classes at the boxing place. If you do tapes, who's tapes are they? And I assume that you like them?

I do videos. I have one I downloaded from exercisetv a couple of years ago on my computer, it is Amy Dixon Cardio Kickboxing. I love love this one, it is only 20 minutes so it is easy to squeeze in anytime. I also have a 10 Minute Solutions Kickbox Bootcamp with Keli Roberts that I am going to put back into my workout rotation. It is5 10 minute segments, so I can mix these up different ways for something different each time I do it. I feel like I get a better workout that I enjoy more with the kickboxing than I was with the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (I might be the only person who thinks this as I've seen tons of glowing reviews, but I just wasn't feeling it and if I'm going to get up at 5:30 and workout before work it has to be something I enjoy doing :) I've thought about taking a class, but I haven't been able to find one near me to take.

Great job getting that workout in!! We are having a family yard clean-up day, not a lot of fun, but it'll get us out of the house. A trip to the park may be in order too if it's nice enough. Also, on the kickboxing DVD's, I really like the P90X Kenpo X, I think it's about 45 mins. You can sometimes find it on ebay by itself. Sometimes you just have to switch things up if what you're doing isn't working or isn't fun anymore. Keep up the good work!
