Today i spend most of the time in my work place...POOR DIET AND ALSO NO WALKING ,FEEL VERY VERY BAD ..NEED TO CONCENTRATE TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL .
177.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

It happens but you have to just move pass this one error and go forward. Everyone has that day where as you feel burnt out and you eat everything that you know you shouldn't. Don't let this setback stop you. You can do it.

It's a fact - if you don't aim for your goal, you won't reach it. You know you were suffering from poor dieting, lack of walking.... so back in the saddle, do what you know you need to do (I can see in your weight history that you DO know what you need to do) and apply that knowledge and willpower that got you this far. YOU CAN DO IT!
