Totally succumbed to temptation last night - I have since hidden (moved really high up in the cabinet and nearly out of reach) all the Lance crackers. Seriously - I just enjoyed the texture of them last night...like 4 pks worth. Totally didn't need those calories. Ate them anyway. Finally dragged myself to bed.

Thinking I have a pinched nerve somewhere in my back...tingling left hand and arm - a little. Could be carpal tunnel...may be something else. Want to fwp with doctor - but scared it's something else entirely. Big chicken. It is I. Thoughts?


(last time my one toe went numb - I did low back exercises - which I haven't been doing - but I have been exercising. Then I wore high heels over 2" for like a year or so, and that was what I was advised not to do. Grrr...back to flats since December. Think I waited too late....
