I'm doing Body Pump at the gym. They introduced it this past Saturday and I did it Sat., Sun. and yesterday. It is really intense and I really felt my muscles. I like it a lot and hope to see some great firming up and leaning out. I spoke with a trainer and will add some pilates to my workout. I won't be able to get on a consistent pattern until Aug. 30th due to work schedules and an upcoming trip. I will be able to get the Body Pump in since I'm doing it in the evening. My goal is to reach 150 lean pounds by the end of November.
