Wow, system has been down for a few days and I've been very busy. My eating hasn't been the best but I've listen to my body and got much needed rest. These past two days has been a little stressful. I've processed what I need to do to relieve the stress and how to deal with the situations and individuals that were causing the stress. I'm looking forward to today's workout sessions. I will do Body Pump and spinning this morning---intense---yeah!
