Spent the week at Sea Base. Basically ate anything I wanted and binged on sweets. I feel horrible bloated and sick. I can't keep doing this.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
