Digestion back on track, thank goodness - I felt so bloated yesterday that I wasn't hungry at all, despite only consuming 550 calories. A drop of 600 gr today.

1544 kcal Fat: 42.80g | Prot: 75.60g | Carb: 223.61g.   Breakfast: Bananas, honey, coffee, sunfllower seeds, cinnamon, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, granola. Lunch: Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Tuna in Water (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner: Brown rice risotto, Cooked Mussels, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Carrots, Beets, Poached Egg, Village Bakery Soft Wholemeal Bread. Snacks/Other: Granny Smith Apples. more...
