6 1/2 months until Erin's wedding! I can do this. I've done it before. I can't let the pressures at work continue to be a stumbling block. I only have 53 more days of that nonsense. Goal: 1 hour of some kind of exercise a day, and follow South Beach to the letter. No wine for the first 2 weeks!
