Well, tomorrow will be my first follow-up with my Dr. since starting this journey. Hope for the scale to move downward again tomororw. Progress is coming ever so slowly at the moment...trying to drink LOTS of water to see if that makes any difference.

good luck to you! I know how those doctor scales can be.. they always seem to add 5 lbs to the home scale.

Thanks! For me it always seems to add 10, so when I started this I recalibrated by scale to match. But I was still really nervous because my weight's been pretty steady. Praise God the numbers went down!!!! Lost 3.4 lbs!!! Whoo Hooo! Spent some time this morning trying on clothes to see what kind of progress I was making since a few of my newer things are really getting baggy....I was a bit nervous, because I didn't want to trip myself up and get down if stuff didn't fit....well....it ALL fit! Nothing's too small in my closet anymore!!! Some of that stuff I haven't worn in almost 10 years!!!! WOW!!!! That was the confidence booster I needed.

Oh my goodness, that IS one of the best feelings ever! For me, it caused a re-dedication to the diet. I upped my execrcise a little, tightened up the diet a little... I' am so happy for your wardrobe success! Keep up the great work!

I agree about the re-dedication. I'm going to be upping the exercise. The diet is pretty tight and thankfully hasn't been the hard part for me. It's nice to get encouragement along the way, from my closet and from others here on fatsecret. Thanks!
