Totally Frustrated I gained 2 pounds last week and not sure how I did It! I am dealing with some back problems so I thought maybe the swelling caused water weight since then I have stalled for the last 4 days! I guess I should be thankful that there hasn't been any more weight gain but not any coming off either! I havent been keeping a close record of waht I have been eating i guess I better document better!It's frustrating when you want to cheat but you don't and you still don't lose any weight! lol!

Yeah this is where the hard part comes, staying focused on the end goal and not getting caught up with the middle of the process. Don't look at the 2 pounds they will come and go often during the course, just keep entering your foods and stay focused on how good you are going to look and feel.

Studies show people who don't track tend to eat 30% more than those who do. I got a food scale and measuring cups. Even when we eyeball our portions, you wouldn't believe how much more we tend to eat than we think. Tracking can really make a difference. Good luck!

I agree with the tracking. I weigh/measure everything I eat and I always, always, always start with a serving size first and then go from there. Hope your back feels better soon!!! ;P

I will start tracking my food and see if that helps. I was pround of myself since my back went out I have been home from work for 2 weeks and pround that I have been able to sick by atkins way of eating instead of getting bored and pigging out. Thabks everyone for your input!
