What am I missing about the Tuna. Are you talking Tuna or Tuna salad pre made by some company?

If this is what you had???? http://www.bumblebee.com/products/8/bumble-bee-fat-free-tuna-salad-with-crackers-kit/
Then the crackers added to extra calories -- not the tuna. That's why I was confused.
A simply healthy snack, perfect for any time.

Well, all in all that is not that bad. And your total caloric intake for the day was low. Any bread product pushes the calorie count up real fast. Tuna is good to have and generally low in calories. Try this:
1 serving red wine vinegar - 2 tspn Calories = 0
1/4 serving stoneyfield organic Calories = 30
1.8 servings tuna albacore 4 oz / 1 can Calories = 126
4.1 oz, with skin, yield apple Calories = 55
1 tsp ground tarragon Calories = 5
64 g carrot - grated Calories = 26
133 g celery Calories = 19
Total 261 calories for the entire recipe. This comes out huge 1/2 the recipe is 130 calories. Try it.
Hey, did I send a buddy request?
