Princess Mola's Journal, 27 March 2013

I have really struggled in the last week because of bereavement in the family. I lost my cousin and she was buried yesterday. I was so tempted to comfort eat as usual. I must confess that I did a bit but on good stuff. But still over-ate. I am struggling to get back to my goal.

So sorry for your loss :( Know you are in my thoughts and prayers. You will overcome! Keep in mind we all slip every now and then, that is why there is an 80/20 rule.
