The run last night wasn't awesome - but as Aaliyah sang for me, "If at first you don't succeed, brush yourself off and try again". I don't mind that it wasn't great, I still worked out, still got in some good abs. It's all building up, right?
253.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like your body just wanted two light days, not one. It does all add up, yupper, I took this class thismorning, and was going to do more, but my body said, go home. And I replied, OK. Tomorrow we will kick butt!
