Now that I've started logging every little thing I put in my mouth I'm realizing just how many calories I actually eat in a day. I never realized before how many calories the snacking adds.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
