I ate the leftover chili because I didn't want it to spoil. I ate it with 1 slice of cheese and 10 crackers (2 servings, salt-free) at 11 am. Boyfriend surprised me with lunch at 3, loaded quesadilla from Izzo's Illegal Burrito... I only ate 1 and 1/2 slices but I'm sure that was too much. Nothing but water for the rest of the day :(
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
