Was more careful with my eating this week. Much easier when you aren't out and unable to easily control your meal choices. I was also very concious about my water and my sodium intake yesterday. Nice to see the graph moving down again.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
