Looks like last weeks gain probably was partially water weight. Back on track this week! (1.2 lbs a week average over last week and this week.)

Picked up a juicer last week. I had a few no-so-healthy meals (like Culvers Mushroom and Swiss with onion rings) but offset the calories with veggie juice as the main course two nights.
312.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 62.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use a bullet (20 bucks) at target! Kicks butt! For my smoothies. I was afraid to get the juicer cause of the amount of clean up. How do you like it? I stay clear of supermarket kale now as well since it is so bitter. Fresh kale, I liked. Not to self, don't use cucumber to make V8:-)
