I think I found a cure to my recent problem eating ENOUGH calories/day.
Planters' Redskin Peanuts.. I ate about 1500 Kcals worth last night while watching NCAA B-Ball! Still, I had plenty of Kcals to give as yesterday was my exercise day. Cool thing is they fit my ketogenic diet, if I plan for them. But I don' think it's part of a 'calorie restricted diet, lol.
oh well, everyone else was eating the dreaded PIZZA. We each have our demons, right? For me, peanuts are a tiny demon compared to pizza!
