Still trying to find that motivation that I lost somewhere along the way :-( . Seems like I get it in spurts now but it fizzles before it really has a chance to take root. Not sure what clicked back in 2007 when I first lost a whole lot of weight, but I sure wish I could get that old feeling back. Here we go again!

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 March 2013:

It's so hard to get back on the horse after you've lost a large amount. I guess we hear the compliments and decide we're done. You look amazing, though ;)

Thanks flagchic. I keep holding on by a thread it seems. I freak every time i see the weight creep back up but I realize i am the one sabotaging my efforts. Need to figure out how to stop that once and for all but i haven't quite been able to find that boost to stay motivated though. It's nice to know I am not alone in this process though ;-). Hopefully the accountability will help. Thanks for the support.
