I have been dieting extremely well. I am trying to reduce my carbs , and fat , and increase my protein. I still want to gain five more pounds of muscle. I am eating 160 grams of fat. My goal is to get it 115 - 120 g, as well as keeping my carbs to 300 or less.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
