My diet is very strict. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow so we will see if I gained a pound. I want my carbs to be between 250 and 300, and my protein to be above 350. Starting next week I am going to be eating more red meat.

4124 kcal Fat: 165.22g | Prot: 333.04g | Carb: 330.50g.   Breakfast: orange juice, whole egg, quaker oatmeal. Lunch: silk chocolate milk, quinoa, steamable asparagus, chicken. Dinner: steamable asparagus, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: omega 3 fish oil, animal pak, beef amino, on super amino, chobani yogurt, grape jelly, provolone cheese, cottage cheese and pineapple, turkey breast slice, beverly, crunchy peanut butter, flax seed, almonds, on whey protein, creatin, wheat bread. more...
