well i fell off the diet since the holidays, looking to get back at it after weighing myself and seeing that i am the heaviest i have ever been and thoroughly disgusted with myself. so today is a new day and a new plan that i will follow for 7 days and will weigh myself then. looking forward to this... start weight 251.2lbs monday at 5am
