Well *CENSORED*....

I appear to have done something nasty to my ankle.

Doh..try a sports support, one of those blue neoprene ones, not cheap but really good. I used to use one for my knee when i hill walked. Take it easy :)

It was nasty enough that HR sent me to A&E for a check-up. It's officially a sprain. Naproxen, paracetamol, and orders to try and keep it elevated and rested. :( And I'm supposed to be having friends round on Saturday and have 2 days off tomorrow and Thursday in order to clean the house before they arrive. :(

Put your feet up on the desk at work. If anybody moans you can blame hr and refer them lol...always a silver lining :)
