Down almost 30 pounds from a high of 201.5. Started WW on 1/3/13.

1285 kcal Fat: 44.50g | Prot: 81.28g | Carb: 149.20g.   Breakfast: raspberry jam, jimmy dean turkey, oatmeal. Lunch: spicy brown mustard, sweet potato, bell pepper, orange, asparagus, kirkland signature oven roasted turkey breast, grape tomatoes. Dinner: Kind Fruit and Nut Almond and Coconut Bar, bell pepper, mushrooms, carrots, spinach, bacon, newman's own low fat sesame, egg, turkey breast. Snacks/Other: kind plus, banana . more...
