Sherillynn's Journal, 16 March 2013

I hadn't thought about this in about a month, but my back pain has decreased dramatically since I've been exercising and losing weight. My knee is mych better too. I can't believe I didn't realise it until now.

The weights are kicking my butt. It is strange. I can walk for miles and not feel really tired but when you throw that weight component in there, I tire much faster.

My pants are totally saggy and look horrible on me. That's a good thing but next size lower is still too snug to wear comfortably so I need to wait longer to downsize. What is the average number of pounds to drop in order to go down a pants size? Does anyone know?

Today I am thankful for:
* a brisket in my refrigerator to make tomorrow for St. Pat's Day
* the lady at Quilt Guild that gave me her kolaches to bring home to my husband
* warmer weather and melting snow
* the ability to get cell phone pictures from my brother. I don't miss a thing that my little niece does even though I am far away. Love those photo updates!

God is good!

That is so great that your back and knees are feeling better! I noticed that in myself also, such a great feeling isn't it?
