Ouch I did a big gain today and that is not good. I think the salad I have for dinner with the 3 bean salad is too much and will cut that out. I have these 30 pounds to lose and will be thrilled when it comes off but I can see that maintaining a weight loss is also tough.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
