Good week for the scale but don't get used to it. I just realize that my current weight loss is only making my really fat clothes fit better, not that I can go down a size. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/vmLYvQxciSo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> But still a good week and I will try to weight in on Thursdays so I don't have the stress of the weekend to deal on Monday
416.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 166.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
