And boom just like that my water fast is over. I knew between using Dasani Drops to make my water taste sweeter and developing a weird fetish for condiments it was time to call this off. Still I made it 25 days and for someone that has only did IF for a couple of months I think I did pretty good. I'm going to switch back to an IF protocol that can help me continue losing 2 lbs a week, juat like everyone else.I'm thinking I might try this again in January for a month as more ofa cleansing effort, not nessesarily for weight loss. I'm debating whether to get on the scale tomorrow or waiting for 2 weeks to allow for the inevitable weight gain to occur and my new IF protocol to take effect

Today has been very rough. I can't wait to get home and get some good sleep. I'm going to try to weigh in tomorrow morning. At this point I'm more fascinated by the journey this fast has taken me on but like I said it's been rough.

One the eve on day 19 of my water fast and for now my only bouts of hunger are inside my head. And yes I do miss food but not the way you think. Even when I was trying to be careful with what I ate, I really wasn't doing a good job at it. If I ate all my food for the day and still had 700 calories then why go out and eat 2 McDoubles? With this fast I want to build new taste buds for vegetables, fruits and beans first. I think it will be doable after this fast is over amd I don't want gain ALL this weight back again.

Around 9pm today I will be on my 12th day of my water fast. Iwas having some upset stomach conditions but last night I had bowel movement so today I feel better. I really am surprised I made it this far but to me it is more than just weight loss why I'm doing this. I have willpower and political reasons behind this fast. As long as I get busy I'm not thinking about food but its during my quiet moments it's when those thoughts of food come around. Still I am listening to my body and watching for signs and when my body tells me to end this fast I will. Me, considering my height and weight, I have a certain number in mind for how long this should go but keep in mind; you body will eat up all your fat stores before it goes after muscle and the one thing I have is plenty
And oh my cheap Biggest Loser scale broke and my expensive scale is still too unreliable so I have to use the one in the gym. But really at this point I can see changes happening by clothes I buy 2 weeks ago feeling snug are now loose. I never get tired of feeling that.
