Not sure why I dropped more weight after eating so much yesterday, but I'll take it. I love the idea of the 2 day a week low carb diet, so I hope I can keep it up.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take the win! Low carb is generally a good move. Don't worry about fruits and vegetables though, just ditch the grains.
