Well yesterday ended up at less than 100cal... I expected that as I wasn't hungry at all all day.
And I failed to eat my soup last night despite explaining to myself why it was necessary, so this morning I'm ravenous.

Yea it tasted good too LOL. :) But I can understand that it's not helpful to some having pictures of vast plates of food popping up on here. I wouldn't do it too often. Only for something special. :)

Actually I think its great (pics) as we will always encounter those every time we dine out - WE have to train ourselves to eat to fulfill our hunger not win the 'clean plate ribbon' while still enjoying a wide variety of gourmet meals as part of our enjoying life. So viewing your pics is like a visual fulfillment without the risk of overeating. :-) I enjoyed them and appreciate you posting :-)

LOL I didn't say I was going to stop just that I wasn't going to do it for every meal. Just the special ones. Though that kebab is more a once a week/fortnight meal. :)
