Oh this is so frustating. I weighed mid-week and had lost 3 lbs, then weigh in this morning, up 4/10's of a pound. Garrrr. Oh well, I'm still gonna stick with this diet plan, and try to follow it very close this week, I've got to keep losing!
260.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 March 2013:

That just means your water weight is fluctuating. Our bodies are made up of 55 to 60% water, so many things cause it to fluctuate. If you had too much sodium yesterday, exercise, hormones, medications, stress, lack of sleep, etc. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight. Drink plenty of water and keep going. I'm sure it will be off in a few days and then some.

I had the same thing last week, but I still didn't really follow my diet for 2 days, so I knew I'd be gaining, although just 6/10ths.
