Well, today was "something" else!! I had a royal pig out!! I went to Orange Leaf and ate out of control there. Then at home--husband had his ice cream, and I had some too. Not a "lady like" portion either! I did enter some things on my food dairy, but of course, not everything.---There said that for the record!!! I am heading to my stationary bike, and going to hoop also. What can I say?? I am human and I was HUNGRY!! I Fasted Saturday and that was fairly successful. Oh well...on track now. Going to do better! Hope these days don't come around too often!!!

We all have "those" days....... I know I've had too many lately. Seem to be having a hard time staying on track. Life gets busy for me and I can't make cal/exercise the top of the list. But, we'll be okay because we will get back to it!
