i keep seeing all these commercials of celebrities that have been on one diet or another and have LOST big weight, and I keep thinking why not me? I can only loose and then it stops. I want to cut off an apendage or something... UGH!

I know! I see those commercials too. I have learned I need to keep working at it. Have to be consistant. Keep it up. It is slow, but it will happen. Wishing you the best.
