Even with the broken leg things seem to be going well. I have to be building muscle somewhere because getting around on crutches makes me sweat mostly from my core, and the weight is just melting off. Nutritionist suggested cutting carbs a bit further, which makes me a bit moody, but I've upped my seafood and fruit/veg intake to try and even things out a bit. The busted leg also means it's nearly impossible to get up and snack.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
