OK - back at it. 6 weeks of being a lard, lazy human ... gaining copious amounts of weight ... the road back to 150 needs to begin somewhere:

30 seconds Swiss Ball Mountain Climbers
30 DB Jumping Jacks
30 DB Seal Jacks
10 DB Clean Pulls to Overhead Press to Overhead Squat to Row
10 DB Push Up Rows

30 minutes on the Climber

So negative :( Why can't you just be human (without the previous part) - prone to mistakes and flights of fancy. I drop in and out of my workout schedule all the time, I think I've finally taught myself that it's okay - it's good when I get a workout in, and when I don't, it's life and my choice.

Good job! Back at it! I'm going to follow your example... I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself. I don't know about where you live, but here the days are getting longer and slightly warmer. It makes a big difference in my energy level. Spring is around the corner! We can do it!

sjcoray - that's how i roll! i am honest with myself ... and know i have been lazy ... had to buy "fat pants" yesterday ... none of my 31's or 30's fit ... i should've forced myself to wear them as punishment ... but it would be too uncomfortable at work ... so i had to get some 32's. means a lot to me, and while i understand that we can go up and down, etc. being the heaviest I have been in two years is nothing to take lightly. i could easily let it go to 184, which is where i started 3 years ago. and Anne, we can do it! we should keep each other going ... and yes, the weather here in Cincinnati is starting to turn, with longer light, warmer temps ... bringing my spirits up ... golf on Sunday and next week is also helping! ;)

Golf is great! My best friend and I have been sharing muffin-top horror stories, squeezing into our not-as-fat-pants is kind of an unfortunate reminder that we need to get back on top of things :P
