I remember hearing a while ago that eating little and often was supposed to help with weightloss. I've not consciously decided to eat little and often, it's just turned out that way with the hours I'm working. I don't really have meals during the working week, but I will at weekends. So yeah, I'm snacking while I'm at work. Different people do different things.. I'm trying to do it as cheaply and healthily as I can though. I work with people who'll sit at their desks and eat chocolates, crisps, and all sorts of crap, then go out on their dinner hour and come back with southern fried chicken and chips. I'm doing ok...

Eater smaller meals more frequently helps keep blood sugar levels more constant so you don't get so hungry. It works well for many people.

I'm finding it a bit better this way. I'm not really working out either but weight is gradually coming off again.
