Not sure how I went over cals yesterday - I guess soy nuts are higher than I thought. Some of the diets are crazy intense and stupid, not healthy. I will work on this myself and start by tracking my eating and trying not to overdo it too much. I need to eat the food I like to to eat and believe to be healthy, not follow some diet junkie's insanity. It will be ok to lose weight slowly. What they hell, that's how I gained it. No exercise today, I was really stiff today.
