I'm not going to rush to weigh myself but I am curious to see if my efforts are making a difference. I would like to show this to a dietician because I wonder if my entries are accurate. I've already entered two recipes because I can't find the things I cook here. It seems like nutrition is a very exacting science but if you can't even trust the labels, all you can do is make a close guess. I think if I don't buy and eat a bunch of junk food and I try to walk and stretch at least a little each day then I can lose weight. If I do my physio strengthening then I bet I can heal my back, especially if I lose weight.
I hate the name of the site but the tools seem really useful. I seem to be using them rather than eating.
