Yesterday was another day with only 4 of 5 Medifast meals. It wasn't intentional, but I'm splitting my L&G meal in two so its filling me up a lot more. I'm trying to get better at squeezing them all in. I have one more left for tonight and I'm almost positive that I'll squeeze it in!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 August 2010:
865 kcal Fat: 31.11g | Prot: 90.02g | Carb: 71.61g.   Breakfast: ground cinnamon, canola oil, medifast chocolate shake, medifast chocolate pudding, medifast peach oatmeal, stevia, baking powder. Lunch: salsa, mushroom, Green Peppers, mozzarella, egg beaters. Dinner: medifast cinnamon roll crunch, string cheese. Snacks/Other: sugar free lemonade mix, decaf instant coffee, medifast chocolate shake, medifast chocolate crunch, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. more...

Do you go to a center? I just joined a couple weeks ago. One thing they told me was to NEVER miss one of the 5 MF meals. Don't know if it really effects things, but thought i'd share. Do you think you lose more when you do? I don't seem to, so i try really hard not to miss one. Looks like you're doing a great job!

When I looked back at what I ate yesterday I only got 4 yesterday too... I really thought I got all 5. I need to go back to pre-sorting the meals into bags with 5 meals each. No, I don't lose more weight when I only have 4 of 5 meals. I do have a health coach but I don't think I've mentioned this issue yet. I guess I should mention it Wednesday when I see him next. I have noticed on the days that I've missed the 5th meal that I am still within the right range for everything. I think somehow I split my L&G up 3 ways yesterday, and thats what threw me off.
