Today i gave in to my taste buds and ate two egg rolls and two chinese bean desserts. The food was tasty with crunch, salt, sweet and gooey. All things that I do like. After eating this I feel full and a bit uncomfortable. I went into consumption mode....not a good place to go. i did attempt to break the attraction but was not successful. I've been here before. I would like not to go there again.

With that said, what choices do I have. What techniques can I utilize. What is my desire to drop this weight and look and feel thin, fit and strong. At one time I had a mantra that I said many times during the day. it was successful. I could try that again saying FIT, THIN and strong many times a day to keep me in the direction I am wanting to go.

i will commit to doing this for one week. Fit, thin, healthy and strong. i will say it at least 10 times four times a day. i will say it before I eat and after i am done. i will say it when I wake up and before I go to bed.
