Good morning!

No weigh-in today. Not that I did bad or anything yesterday, I actually think I did great. I ended up with more than 500 calories available to me, but I didn't take 'em.

I was simply SO tired this morning. It was a LONG day yesterday.

Up at 4 AM, after a night (well, actually two nights) will little to no sleep. I was like a zombie. Then off to the gym with Daughter, and working harder than ever. Even the top of my feel were sweating enough that my socks were all wet. lol.

Then off to work. Four meetings, new complicated cases. A lot of brain work.

Then walking to a little repair shop to turn in Daughter's laptop for repair.

...and then off to teach my new class.

The class was nice, but ridiculously low on clients. There were two. Booo... However, I did get a few calls throughout the day from people who will be there next week, so I am counting on us being at least four or five from Monday. That's a whole lot better.

I slept great last night. I was so sleepy last night I went to bed at 8 pm, and I think I feel asleep before I even hit the pillow. I slept great all night, and woke up when the alarm sounded. A great night's sleep, probably better than in weeks.

I just couldn't wake up, though. I have been fighting it for 90 minutes now, and I am STILL tired. It wasn't until I was fully dressed and had already drank water that I realized that I didn't weigh in. I simply forgot.

I will do a weigh-in tomorrow.

Today is an (almost) equally busy day. Same pattern, except no gym. I'm teaching music tonight. I hope some kids show up. It's been very quiet there too.

I was talking to the leader of the school last Tuesday, and he's telling me that they've had to shut down several classes because no kids show up. I'm low on mine, but still clinging on. Let's keep it like that. :)

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Getting my weigh-loss classes off the ground!
- A great night's sleep!
- Morning Coffee!

Glad you got some good sleep, though it sounds like it may have been too much since you're struggling so badly. You'd think as much as you're on the go and exercising, your bod would have compensated and regulated itself. Puzzling! Thought about talking to doc about that? Good luck, buddy! I'm pulling for ya!
