I added some things to my diet today that I guess I didn't *need* but they're healthy. I'm hoping I didn't sabotage myself by doing this. Generally when I eat just over 1000 in a day I have better results than when I'm in the 800s, so I'm hoping for the best. I still have one more medifast meal to eat today, which will make my calories about 1077 or so. My protein and fiber are quite high, and my fat intake is pretty low. My carbs are definitely within the Medifast approved range. The only thing that really exceeds the Medifast range is calories, but if I had just not added the ground flax and soy protein powder to my food today then I wouldnt be over the calorie limit. The rational part of me says its still SUPER low cal so its no big deal, it was healthy protein and fiber that I added, not some cheating type of food. I did also eat some sugar snap peas as one of my veggies, which is technically a no-no on Medifast but I looked it up and it doesn't seem to be any higher than broccoli (carb wise) so I don't think thats a big problem.

If only I exercised today then I wouldn't have anything to even worry about. I'm so obsessed over every little detail that I'm driving myself nuts! I decided I wouldn't even post about most of my weight loss adventures to my friends on Facebook because they might think I'm nuts if they knew how obsessed I am. I do look forward to losing the weight and surprising people who haven't seen me in a while and who didn't know that I was trying to lose. I'm hoping the ones who do know may just forget if they haven't heard about it in a while.

Before I was in weight loss mode I remember seeing some of my friends post about their weight loss and it always made me feel a little bad that I wasn't doing anything. It was hard for me to cheer them on when I kept having the feeling of, "well, thats what I SHOULD be doing..." Now I'm secretly competing with them. ;) Since I'm on Medifast and they aren't I might be able to even catch up or surpass their losses!
