I was very happy that I lost .8 yesterday without having to be hungry. I don't want to have to track my calories forever, but I think that it is good for me right now so I can get some perspective.

Doing really well so far today. Already 3pm and haven't even eaten half of my 1200 calories!

Made a new breakfast today that was SO good! Even got my chocolate fix covered.
