I have been vegetarian for many, many years. I was vegan for about 2 years and then fell off the wagon. I've recently re-dedicated myself to being vegan and healthy.
My goal diet is no meat, no fish, no dairy, no eggs, no white flour, no white sugar, no oil.
I've struggled with my weight for my entire life. It is only when I've been vegan that I can eat a reasonable amount and still maintain a normal weight. Doesn't really seem to matter how much I work out...for me, weight control is totally about food. I do work out, sometimes more than others, but I've also re-dedicated myself to working out 4-5 times per week.
