I am not sure what happened yesterday. I ate within my calorie allotment. But I did drink a whole lot more water. so I think I may be retaining some of it. O well, I guess it will come off some time. I have figured it is definitely my vitamins that are making me more sleepy in the morning. So I am going to either change vitamins or take them after my workout later in the day.
I am keeping my head up. I have lost some weight this summer but not much but I have seen changed in my body. So things are working out ( no pun intended). Well its time to get ready for my scuplting class.
