Feel bloated. Don't know if too much fiber too quickly. Next few days should get better.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1471 kcal Fat: 54.80g | Prot: 95.94g | Carb: 156.71g.   Breakfast: fage, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), myolean, Golden Roasted Flaxseed with Whole Seeds, apple. Lunch: red bell peper, roma tomato, balsamic vinnegret, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Spinach, romaine lettuce, Avocados, Raisins. Dinner: Almonds, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, blueberries, flax seed, myolean, Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal. Snacks/Other: 10 almonds, Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps Cookies, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate. more...
