Feel bloated. Don't know if too much fiber too quickly. Next few days should get better.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1471 kcal Fat: 54.80g | Prot: 95.94g | Carb: 156.71g.   Breakfast: Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Golden Roasted Flaxseed with Whole Seeds, myolean, fage, apple. Lunch: Avocados, romaine lettuce, roma tomato, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, red bell peper, Spinach, Raisins, balsamic vinnegret. Dinner: Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, Almonds, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, myolean, blueberries, flax seed. Snacks/Other: Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps Cookies, 10 almonds. more...
