Feel bloated. Don't know if too much fiber too quickly. Next few days should get better.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1471 kcal Fat: 54.80g | Prot: 95.94g | Carb: 156.71g.   Breakfast: apple, myolean, Golden Roasted Flaxseed with Whole Seeds, fage, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen). Lunch: Raisins, red bell peper, Avocados, romaine lettuce, Spinach, roma tomato, balsamic vinnegret, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: flax seed, myolean, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Almonds, blueberries, Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal. Snacks/Other: Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps Cookies, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, 10 almonds. more...
