Feel bloated. Don't know if too much fiber too quickly. Next few days should get better.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1471 kcal Fat: 54.80g | Prot: 95.94g | Carb: 156.71g.   Breakfast: Golden Roasted Flaxseed with Whole Seeds, myolean, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), apple, fage. Lunch: red bell peper, Avocados, Spinach, romaine lettuce, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, balsamic vinnegret, roma tomato, Raisins. Dinner: blueberries, flax seed, myolean, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Almonds, Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal. Snacks/Other: Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps Cookies, 10 almonds. more...
