Today I had someone tell me she thought I was getting so tiny! Well, that is a compliment I tell you since I am 5' 10" tall people don't usually refer to me as tiny. That coupled with the TV show I watched yesterday on the world's heaviest man have put a new spark in me 1) to keep going and 2) to not allow myself to get that heavy again. To good health!!
