Starting to get a little bored with what I am eating, so tomorrow is grocery day. Eating healthy can be quite expensive so I will definately be looking at my options to keep the cost down.

Take a look at my calendar and others doing low carb to get ideas, there is a large variety of food that doesn't have to be overly expensive. Appears your eating a pile of protein, you could easily cut way back on some of that especially the cheese at it has a "binding" effect on many. Try to be about 70% fat, 20% protein and 20% carbs on your pie chart at the bottom of your food calendar.
Hope that's a bit of a help for your shopping spree!

I didn't realize that I was eating that much protein. The cheese is gone and I will figure out to increase my fat levels. Thanks so much.

Just wanted to note that 70+20+20 adds to 110%.
