Feel good with number on the scale. I have been working longer hours since taking on additional cleaning jobs, but I think all the extra exercise is actually paying off.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the good work, exercise will help a lot to tone up what your losing. Fat has no form but muscle is beautiful.

Good job on the weight loss! And the extra work. Hope the longer hours means more money as well as more exercise. And I am sure that the extra work is helping with th weight loss. Any movement is good movement and cleaning is hard work (or can be when done right - I did a big clean on Friday at home and I was knacked!)

I have been cleaning house as my job for several years and it is very hard work. Sometimes I am going to 2 or 3 homes in a day so it's not like doing my own housework where I can sit back and take a break. I bought a gym pass a few months ago but I haven't used it because once I get home from cleaning all day I am exhausted.
